• Usage data: features accessed, actions taken, cards created/shared, and in-app activity.
• Analytics data: aggregated statistics on how the App is used.
• Device information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, app version, and general technical/log data.

c. Information from QR-based access

When a card is shared or scanned via QR code, the profile information you have chosen to make visible is displayed to the person scanning it, according to your visibility settings.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as financial account numbers, health, or biometric data) through the App.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its core features (creating, storing, and sharing digital cards).
• Enable QR-based profile access and manage profile visibility per your settings.

• Send service-related or, where you have consented, promotional communications (you may opt out at any time).

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, and thereafter for up to 90 days or as required to comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including authentication, access controls, and encryption in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16, depending on your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
